How We Work

We don’t just work with anyone. Rather, we’ve developed a 4-step engagement process for new clients looking to bring us on. These steps foster a communication process through which we can learn about each other and assess our compatibility. These steps are:

1. Vetting: After you reach out via a referral or our contact form, we begin with an introductory call to assess mutual alignment. This discussion can be with you directly, or it can be with your agent, manager, and/or someone in your inner circle.
2. Introduction: If we believe we can help, then through ongoing and evolving conversations we learn about you, your mindset, your style, your roadblocks, your environment, and your goals. In turn, you get to know us.
3. Alignment: If both sides feel confident about moving forward, we set expectations and define an initial scope of work. If we decide not to proceed, we provide a clear and upfront explanation.
4. Moving Ahead: With complete discretion, we proceed. Your dedicated agent dynamically integrates into your life as you need, bringing you a new level of success and agency.

Who We Are

Agency 91 is an elite collective of exceptionally talented professionals, each possessing an extraordinarily broad range of skills. While most experts spend their careers in a single domain, our agents draw from experience across a dozen or more. In short, they are wicked smart and have deep pools of experience. Combined with poise, wisdom, and a grounded long-term perspective, our agents are capable of responding to evolving challenges in a way few can, and they are capable of coming alongside you and helping you take your impact to the next level.

Our unique vision is rooted in the experience of founder and lead agent Adam Dunlap, a trilingual entrepreneur with a proven track record of success working for high achievers and stars. The quintessential example of his work is with Parkour founder David Belle.

In 2011, Dunlap moved to Paris, France, to work with Belle. What started as a brand collaboration grew into a close friendship, and over time Belle leaned on Dunlap more and more until Dunlap became his right-hand man for all things business and personal.

Dunlap became the champion of Belle’s creative vision, his strategic advisor, his personal brand developer, his daily sounding board, and one of his closest confidants. He also worked with Belle's agent to make sure communication and scheduling were always aligned.

By the time the two parted ways in 2014, Dunlap had single-handedly transformed Belle’s life from a notable recluse with no options, to an influential global figure with over 1,000,000 social media followers, a signature clothing line, global sponsors, and roles in Hollywood films alongside Robert De Niro and Paul Walker.

What Dunlap did for Belle is an example of the services we offer and our ability to amplify your impact. But most importantly, the qualities Dunlap demonstrated in his work for Belle explain who we are. Although Colin Kaepernick was never a client, we think his words about Dunlap sum him up well.
